Description of the job
Robert Half are currently partnered with a research and development organisation to recruit a Compliance Analyst who will work closely with stakeholders to ensure contract obligations are fulfilled and billed accordingly.
6 month contract with the potential conversion to permanent
Hybrid working
Role
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand the projects and if they can be billed in line with the commercial contracts
- Invoicing clients and raising credit notes as necessary, including multi-currency invoicing
- Liaising with internal consultants within Consultancy Team to help with costings, querying figures and resolving client queries
- Analysing service and consultancy agreement contracts, to ensure correct information supplied and in place
- Lending support to non-financial Academics to build spreadsheets, costings and explaining financial data coherently
Profile
The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of contract legalities and a firm grasp of commercial terms. Experience within a regulated industry is especially welcome.
The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
